I don't have a computer, that is my excuse. I can steal very few moments at work to read a blog but i have no time to write one. You see it takes me a long time to write anything. It has always been this way for me. In school I would be doing great until I had to write a paper. I'd freeze, so in a way this blog is like occupational therepy. Which given all the owther therapy I have had or am having helps to round things out...lol. Anyway I have been dieting which for many is a way of life, not for me i enjoy food too much to limit my self all the time. So I have decided to try this another way. I call it a LIVE IT! when hear or see the word diet I think of DIEt and that is no way to live. I will try to use this blog or maybe start a new one and it will be my live it journal. I would like to share my wins and losses and what is working and what is not. So far since January I have lost 32lbs. and my goal is to lose 140 more over the next 2 years. I feel this goal is very reachable but if it proves to be too lofty I will adjust. I am not trying to prove anything to anyone I just want to be a healthier me.
